1. Lawful use
Use Neocortex lawfully and only for legitimate purposes. You must not attempt to compromise security, interfere with availability, bypass permissions, access another person's information without authority, transmit malware, conduct abusive automated activity, infringe intellectual property or facilitate fraud or other unlawful conduct.
2. AI and connected actions
Do not intentionally submit information you are not authorised to disclose. Do not use AI or agents as the sole basis for unlawful or unsafe high-impact decisions about people. Do not use connected actions to send, delete, purchase, publish, commit, deploy or otherwise affect external systems unless you have appropriate authority and safeguards.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, third parties or legal rights, subject to applicable law and any governing commercial agreement.
