1. AI is assistive
Neocortex may generate summaries, classifications, recommendations, drafts, code, analysis, retrieval results or actions using AI and connected systems. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, stale, misleading or affected by the source material or model involved.
2. Professional judgement remains with people
Nothing on this website, and no demonstration or AI output made available through it, constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, medical, engineering, safety, employment, compliance or other professional advice. Obtain appropriately qualified human advice before relying on information for a professional or regulated decision.
3. Human review
You are responsible for checking source material, validating calculations, reviewing proposed actions and deciding whether an action should be taken. Consequential workflows should use appropriate approval and segregation of duties.
4. Third-party models and services
Neocortex can route requests through third-party AI providers and connect to external applications. Their outputs, outages, rate limits, changes and policies can affect results and remain subject to the provider's terms.
5. Security and availability
We design controls to reduce risk, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available. Sensitive or regulated data should only be connected after appropriate architecture, permissions, contractual terms and risk review have been established.

This disclaimer forms part of the Terms of Use. A signed commercial agreement may contain more specific warranties, service levels, security obligations and liability allocations.
