GET STARTED

Your first workspace

A practical path from first sign-in to useful, connected work.

Overview

Start with one real, bounded business outcome. Keep the first workflow small enough to review end to end before connecting more systems or increasing its autonomy.

01

1. Define the outcome

Write down the user, the business problem, the expected result and how a person will judge success.

02

2. Establish context

Choose the authoritative source material. Check ownership, freshness, classification and who may access it.

03

3. Configure the work

Choose a suitable persona or workflow, define inputs and outputs, and state what it must not do.

04

4. Connect deliberately

Enable only the required integration and minimum permissions. Use managed secret storage rather than embedding credentials in prompts or documents.

05

5. Run and review

Test with representative and edge-case inputs. Review outputs, actions, access decisions and failure behaviour before wider use.

06

6. Improve safely

Record feedback, assign an owner and change one thing at a time so the result can be validated.

Worked example

A first task that is easy to verify

Use one approved document to draft a summary. Keep the task read-only and require a person to accept the result.

  1. 1Choose a non-sensitive source document that you are authorised to use.
  2. 2State the audience, expected format and what the summary must not infer.
  3. 3Ask for supporting passages or links where the configured system can provide them.
  4. 4Check material claims against the source, note gaps and correct the draft.
  5. 5Save the accepted outcome and record the owner for any follow-up action.
